Heather Neilson

Hi! I am an abstract artist and art educator. I work in a variety of mediums including acrylic, oil and cold wax and more. My inspiration and motivations come from an interest in the connection between nature and humans, sense of place and memory. Beyond my personal practice, I find great joy in helping others discover and express their own creative voice. Through art classes and workshops, offered both in person and online, I provide you with the tools, guidance, and encouragement essential to uncover your inner artist. When you take a class with me, you embark on a journey of  self-expression, skill development, personal growth and transformation. These experiences not only offer intrinsic rewards but also create opportunities for meaningful connections with like-minded individuals.
